Full Day Masterclass: Enabling Successful Change

The Masterclass deals with the following:

Part 1

  • Introductory comments, including an exploration of the nature and scope of change management in the workplace.
  • Considering the vital role of satisfying human needs in the change process: what these are and how to plan change initiatives to deal with the consequences of transition.
  • Exploring the psychology of change with practical exercises to build awareness and skill in identifying triggers and filters that can derail transformational initiatives.
  • Considering the challenge of negotiating change in a VUCA environment – volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous.

Part 2

  • An explanation tools and techniques that can better prepare you to deal with personal change.
  • Understanding the mindset and practical support necessary to persevere with new beneficial habits when change is hard
  • Focusing on the issues faced when leading organisational change
  • Exploring the pragmatic solutions to take-away and try in your workplace
  • Developing a personal action plan to tackle the most important change challenge that you face.


To show how to :

Successfully navigate the transition necessary to achieve transformational change. All change requires transition: individual change requires personal transition. People perform better and are more committed when they take responsibility and ownership for their actions. This Masterclass will help you develop strategies for enabling this. 

To understand:

Most of us experience a strong response to any change. One of the strongest can be the struggle to accept a new direction. It is important to understand that this is a normal part of the transition and that there are practical measures that can help people learn to let go of the old and embrace the new.

By the end of this session, each participant will have improved their understanding of change management, and be better equipped to plan and implement desired personal change. Specifically, participants will:

  • gain insight into how to cope with and conquer the natural human resistance to change
  • obtain an understanding of the psychology at play
  • learn how to work with the rational and emotional parts of the brain, rather than fight it.
  • uncover techniques to build a growth mindset
  • find out more about how you can implement change smoothly



Beverly Landais is an accredited executive coach and trained facilitator. She comes to coaching from a senior business background. Her sector expertise spans legal, financial and insurance services. Beverly has significant experience of enabling transformational change at an individual, team and corporate level. This means she has first-hand experience and knowledge of the challenges that you may be facing.
