Receipt of your booking indicates acceptance of liability to pay the attendance fee. Cancellations received in writing more than 7 days before the seminar will be refunded, less £10 administration fee. We regret that no refunds are allowed for cancellations or transfers within 7 days or for non-attendance. PSMG reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received prior to the event.    

Important note: The booking email constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of PSMG LLP to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date and venue. Whilst every effort will be made to prevent this, in the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, PSMG LLP will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability


Mark Spinner is a mergers and acquisitions Partner at Osborne Clarke. Mark specialises in acting for private equity clients. In the past he has taken time out from his legal career to undertake a commercial role in a venture capital backed supply chain management software company as a director and investor.

Alex Smith is Reed Smith’s first Innovation Manager leading the Innovation Hub programme. He heads up a physical and virtual programme of client-centric ideas-generation and rethinking of legal service design.

Based in London, he manages activities in the Innovation Hub, Reed Smith’s unique space for co-creation with clients using service design and innovation techniques. He then looks at using this insight to generate new concepts for changes to delivery of legal services, new legal products, and delivery of more collaborative experiences leveraging Reed Smith’s legal and business services resources.

Matt Meckes is one of the founding partners of Cohaesus and is the Director responsible for Agency & Startup channels. Cohaesus architects, builds and improves digital products and services for forward thinking clients.

He is a passionate digital architect, helping clients think like startups, setting new benchmarks for speed, agility, and user-friendliness. He has a bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science and is a proud member of the British Computer Society.

Adrian Furner , Managing Director, Kommercialize has over 25 years’ experience in the area of commercial excellence and innovation. He has worked in a variety of sectors including defence and security, aviation, technology, and professional services, and is Managing Director of Kommercialize.

Ben Kent founded Meridian West in 2001 following a successful career as a corporate lawyer at Freshfields with the vision to help professional and financial firms to become more client-focused. His practice focuses on working with professional firms to build the evidence they need to make strategic choices about their future growth and development, and to help them achieve strategic change within their business. Over the last two decades his practice has evolved to advise on specialist areas including market strategy, client service improvement, thought leadership and skills development.
