Mon, 08 Apr 2024 12:30 - 13:30

Webinar Host: R Napier Consulting

Our uniquely available, free of charge for PSMG members, weekly virtual lunchtime events which take place each Monday are going from strength to strength.

From the best way to land that promotion, best practice in key BD skills or simply getting to grips with how to use new AI tools, you’re not speaking with a bot about what’s hot but with real life experts.

Your hosts are Ruth Napier and Gail Jaffa and at 12.30 each Monday we’ll be taking a 10 minute deep-dive into topics at the top of mind for aspiring marketing and business developers.

With guests coming along to share their top tips and practical recommendations, you won’t want to miss out. There’ll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions as these sessions are designed to be interactive.

As an extra bonus we’re including an open ‘ask us anything’ slot where you can ask us or our guests anything: tap into our combined years of expertise and insight - if we don’t know the answer, we’ll know someone who does!

We’ve got a lot of topics already planned to talk about but do feel free to send in your topic suggestions, as we’d like to make these as useful and topical for you.

Pop a reminder in your diary to join us every Monday at 12.30 on Teams. We look forward to seeing and hearing from you!

Our guest this week will be Ben Trott, Managing Director, Marketing Lawyers

"Mirror mirror on the wall, what really happens when a client comes to call?"

How professional services firms can reinvent their key client programmes: Lessons from the ABM tech leaders

Wed, 17 Apr 2024 08:30 - 10:15

Venue: TBC: If you are interested in hosting face to face then please contact us

This is a senior level breakfast roundtable suitable for those leading key client programmes and who wish to make a genuine change in your own organisation.

Tech firms have long relied on ABM programmes to grow the top line, elevate their position in highly competitive markets, and understand and satisfy the needs of their top clients. They witness some remarkable results:

  • 72% report that ABM outperforms any other marketing investment
  • 65% indicate that it generates a significant impact in revenue
  • 40% see an improvement in reputation through ABM
  • 73% see a significant improvement in relationships through ABM

Professional services firms, with a few notable exceptions, are playing catch-up. Key client programmes often focus solely on service delivery and the marketing potential is lost. They are under-resourced and lack genuine engagement internally as well as externally.

In this interactive session Andy Rogerson, Head of Professional Services Practice and Adam Bennington, Head of Consulting, both of Momentum ITSMA will amongst other things explore case studies from three leading tech players.
