LONDON PLAY 2 REMEMBER - 5-A-SIDE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT – SATURDAY 2ND APRIL 2016

Play 2 Remember is a 5-a-side football tournament giving a chance for survivors of genocide and mass atrocities, as well as their supporters, to get together in a spirit of commemoration and hope.

PSMG and FPHU needs your help! Please join as a team or an individual to play on the day. What about pitching your skills against a team from another firm? How competitive are you?

Or just come as a spectator to watch the fun!

The tournament marks the 7 April start of 100 days of Remembrance for the 1994 Rwandan Genocide against the Tutsi, as well as the United Nations International Day of Sport for Development and Peace (IDSDP) on 6 April.

The competition is to be held on Saturday 2nd April 2016 between 2pm and 6pm at Paddington Recreation Ground, Randolph Avenue, London, W9 1PD.

Teams are max 10 players and individuals will be allocated a team to play on the day.

THE EVENT IS NOT FOR PROFIT!

Any proceeds will be used to cover running cost or will be donated to FHPU and Green Kordofan, a small UK-based charity providing sports programmes to people in refugee camps in South Sudan.

If you would like more information on how to register please contact gail.jaffa@psmg.co.uk
