Job Description

The Responsibilities:

• Work with appropriate Partners in developing presentations and accompanying Partners on new business pitches.
• Identification, implementation and management of key national business development projects for the practice area.
• To assist in implementing the national relationship management programmes to ensure high retention levels and to identify new business opportunities.
• To raise the profile of the teams by utilising the full marketing mix such as sponsorship, advertising, events, hospitality, marketing/direct mail campaigns etc.
• Gathering information required to produce effective and detailed briefs and where applicable content production i.e. brochures, adverts, event flyers.
• To record all Sales and Marketing activities in designated systems to ensure effective and efficient reporting, visibility, evaluation and measurement of all Sales and Marketing activities.
• To own, manage and deliver a high quality events programme liaising with the central Marketing Support Services Team to achieve delivery. This may require support and attendance on the day to achieve delivery.
• To develop and maintain in line with the agreed Sales and Marketing plan and business growth targets any required promotional materials whilst ensuring that the agreed brand positioning is implemented and consistent throughout. This will also include content management and production.

The Candidate:

• Degree educated or equivalent
• Previous legal or accountancy experience
• Experience in a similar role
