How to participate
- Survey costs: On signing up you will be charged a modest fee to cover the time and resources needed to deliver excellence in data analysis and reporting
- Submit your data: You will be sent an Excel template to drop in your roles and compensation information, which will be analysed alongside your responses to a digital survey. Both are easy to complete although support is on hand for any queries/advice.
