Client Talk and Anna Lake Insight Announce Merger to Enhance Client Listening and Training Services

Client Talk, a leading provider of client listening and business development training and coaching, is pleased to announce its merger with Anna Lake Insight, a consultancy specialising in Client Listening and CX strategy. This strategic merger will strengthen client listening capabilities and offer an enhanced suite of training and consulting services to clients across professional services and beyond.
