The early years of her working life were focused on business intelligence, sales and key account management. Her curiosity, aptitude for problem-solving and project management skills took her from corporate finance research and analysis to relationship sales, CRM implementations and creating innovative business planning models for global investment banks. For the last 15 years she has worked with UK-based law firms, leading business development functions, transforming marketing and BD teams and delivering successful change programmes for international, national and regional law firms.

Her clients value the wealth of bd and strategic insights she brings to any project.  She is always curious to explore, learn and find solutions - whether as part of getting to know about clients ambitions and challenges, or whilst continually updating the marketing & bd skills and toolkits at her disposal.
