Who you are as a leader: We will think about who you are as a leader, and what it means to be an authentic leader. You will think about how to harness this to get the most from diverse teams.
Change: We will explore what change means to us as individuals and in our roles. We will think about how best to navigate and harness change.
Limiting Beliefs: We often get caught up in traps of our own making. We will explore common thinking distortions and what they mean for us. We will learn how to reframe our thoughts and take control of our inner voice.
Confidence and being assertive: As a senior business development or marketing professional we have to manage teams, we have to manage peers, we have to deal with other senior stakeholders in the business. We will think about how being assertive doesn’t need to mean losing sight of who you are.
